2025 polaris parkway
rigatelli gemelli. mussels napoletana. fettuccine frutta dal mare. even just the sound of these dishes is enough to get you open.
run — don’t walk — to carfagna’s kitchen. it’s open and they want to serve you lunch. and dinner. and some pizzelles and why not a double espresso?
market devotees know what to expect: fresh, homemade pastas; salads; soups; specialty sandwiches; and “stone-hearth” baked pizzas. everything made-to-order. wine by the glass or bottle; domestic and imported beers; and an exclusive carfagna’s espresso blend from our friends at royal coffee & tea.
no reviews here — i’ll let the food bloggers do their thing — but they’re billing it as a: pizzeria ~ pastaria ~ sandwich grill. sort of a fast-casual type setting, except here the food delivers.
[ed note: website hasn't launched yet; the food delivers in a figurative sense only -- no delivery.]

Carfagna’s kitchen looked busy when I drove by today just before noon.

It is dangerous to go there, the food is sooooo good, but certainly not low in calories.
